Honey Roasted Baruvida

PROCEDURE
- Heat the nuts and oil in a saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cinnamon and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat and drizzle in the honey, coating the nuts evenly.
- Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Let the snack rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 340g serving of Classic, BBQ, or Lemon Baruvida (your snack, your choice!)
- 2 tablespoons organic honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Baru oil (or preferred alternative)
