PROCEDURE
- Grind up the Barunuts
- Add desired seasoning (old bay or lemon herb is great)
- Add a teaspoon of cornstarch
- Coat the fish & sear
- Serve with rice and grilled vegetables!

- 2 filets of halibut
- 1/4 cup Original Baruvida
- 2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
- Handful of green beans
- 1 red pepper
- 1 full lemon
