  1. Mix base ingredients together
  2. Pour into bowl (ensure thick consistency)
  3. Add toppings & enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

BASE

  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons of spirulina/ spirulina mix
  • Handful of ice optional

 

TOPPINGS

  • BARUVIDA nuts
  • Fresh blueberries & kiwi
  • Coconut flakes
