Chia Nut Breakfast Bowl

PROCEDURE

  1. Mix chia seeds with the vanilla protein powder and water to let them expand (15-20 minutes).
  2. Add in greek yogurt, blueberries, Baruvida nuts.
  3. Mix & enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 scoops plain greek yogurt
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of Original Baruvida nuts
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup water
